Onboarding — Day 1 (moved)

This page was merged into ../onboarding/day-one.md.

The day-1 runbook now lives in one place — onboarding/day-one.md. It carries the full prerequisites list (incl. aws, doppler, k6, jq), the staged boot verification, the Doppler login + verify-access block, the Jaeger search specifics with operation name, and the orphan-trace gotcha.

The previous handover/onboarding split was duplicating commands with subtle differences (Mode A host-npm vs Mode B docker compose); a single canonical doc removes that footgun.
